Find Your Motivation
and Achieve Your Goals

Peaceful college student in gown.

Research shows that students with disabilities often struggle with lower self-esteem and greater self-doubt than their peers. This can impact not only their confidence but also their motivation and academic success.

I believe it doesn’t have to stay that way.

The coaching is designed to help you rewrite that story one step at a time. Together, we’ll explore what truly drives you not just during the good days, but when things get tough. When the semester feels exhausting and the urge to give up creeps in, what keeps you grounded? When assignments feel more like obstacles than opportunities, how do you move forward?

Through personalized coaching, we’ll discover strategies that reignite your motivation, strengthen your mindset, and help you push past discouragement. You’ll learn how to lean into your strengths, rediscover your “why,” and keep climbing no matter how steep the path to reach the goals that matter most to you.

Let’s Work Together On

  • We’ll look at what’s really affecting your focus and motivation. Together, we’ll explore how you use your time, uncover what’s holding you back, and create personalized strategies to manage distractions, stay on track, and work smarter not harder.

  • Executive functioning skills are your brain’s tools for planning, organizing, and staying on track. Without them, college can feel like building a house without a blueprint. I’ll help you build these skills so you can manage your time, stay organized, and tackle tasks with more clarity and confidence.

  • If your study strategy looks like rereading the same paragraph five times and hoping it sticks, you’re not alone. We’ll swap the cram-and-pray method for real, personalized techniques that actually work. Whether it’s note-taking, test prep, or figuring out how to retain what you just read, we’ll find what clicks for you. No more pulling all-nighters powered by caffeine and vibes—just solid strategies that help you study with confidence (and still have a life).

  • Advocating for yourself in college is essential especially when navigating a disability. We’ll work together to understand your needs, build confidence, and develop the tools to advocate effectively within the college environment. From accommodations to professor communication and campus resources, I’ll help you create a plan that puts you in charge of your education.

  • You’ll also gain access to advocacy and vocational support networks designed to help you thrive both in college and beyond. From campus disability services to post-graduation employment resources, I’ll make sure you’re connected to the tools and communities that empower your journey forward.
